SHIPPING

For pre-made pieces, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Tuesday through Saturday excluding holidays. We are not responsible for unanticipated shipper delays. We currently only ship within the United States. 

We offer three convenient domestic shipping methods:

• Standard Ground – 2- 5 business days  – $8
• Second Day – 2 business days (ordered by 2PM PST) – $45
• Next Day- 1 business day (ordered by 2PM PST) – $65

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature in which we process, design and produce your piece, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. 

As pieces at Thai Nguyen Atlelier are custom-made and one-of-a-kind, there is no return or exchange on any item(s).  All sales are final.
